    Mary Theresa's Chicken Crescent Bake

    List of Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts (cooked, cooled and cubed)
    1 3 cup bag shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Pkg refrigerated Crescent Rolls
    2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 cup milk

    Recipe

    In a small bowl, mix together the chicken and 1/2 of the cheese.
    In a small sauce pan, heat the 2 cans of soup along with the milk and remaining cheese. (You can save a couple of Tbls. of the cheese to sprinkle on top at the end if desired.)
    Heat soup and cheese on low, until all cheese is melted.
    Pour the sauce mixture into a 9x13 baking pan.
    Break apart the crescent rolls and place some of the chicken mixture in the middle of each crescent.
    Pinch each one together like a dumpling.
    Place into the sauce, not touching.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until dumplings are slightly browned.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese right before serving.
