    -1 pound of chicken livers
    -3 tablespoons olive oil
    -1/4 cup finely minced onion
    -2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
    -1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
    -1/2 teaspoon paprika
    -1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    -1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Italian Medley seasoning

    Recipe



    -Cut chicken livers in half.
    -Prick in several places with a fork to prevent popping while cooking.
    -Heat oil over medium heat.
    -Stir in seasonings.
    -Add livers and saut� until browned on all sides, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of dry white table wine or white grape juice.
    -Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    -Serve over rice or in patty shells.
    -May also be served on toast.
