    List of Ingredients


    • 1 fryer chicken, cut up
    • 1 Tbls. oil
    • 1 Tbsl. margarine
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1 cup diced onions
    • 1/2 cup diced green peppers
    • 1/2 cup diced red peppers
    • 3 Tbls. flour
    • 1 can chicken broth
    • 1 Tbls. tomato paste
    • 1 Tbls. paprika
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • Hot cooked noodles
    • 1/4 cup sour cream


    Instructions


    1. In a roasting pan, brown the chichen in the oil and margarine; remove chicken.
    2. Discar all but 3-4 Tbls of the drippings.
    3. Saute the mushrooms, onion and peppers in the drippings until tender.
    4. Stir in flour until smooth.
    5. Gradually add broth; stirring constantly.
    6. Bring to a boil, and cook and stir for 1 minute until thick.
    7. Stirin tomato paste, paprika, and slt and pepper.
    8. Return chicken to the pan.
    9. Cover and bake in oven @ 350 for 50-60 minutes.
    10. Remove the chicken to a platter of warm noodles; keep warm.
    11. Add sour cream to the sauce and spoon over the chicken and noodles.
