    Turkey Hollandaise

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup fresh broccoli
    • 1 6 oz pkg stuffing mix
    • 1 envelope hollandaise sauce mix
    • 2 cups cut up turkey ( or chicken)
    • 1 small can french-fried onions


    Instructions


    1. Simmer broccoli in water in sauce pan for 5-6 minutes.Drain and set aside

    2. Prepare the stuffing and hollandaise according to pkg directions.

    3. Spoon prepared stuffing into an 11x7 greased pan.

    4. Top with the turkey or chicken.

    5. Arrange drained broccoli on top of meat.

    6. Spoon prepared sauce mix over top of meat.

    7. Sprinkle with onions.

    8. Bake; uncovered @ 325 for 25-30 minutes.
