    List of Ingredients




    2 lb. flank steak
    Unseasoned meat tenderizer
    3/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce

    Peanut Sauce:
    2 tbsp. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tbsp. peanut oil
    3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
    3/4 cup light coconut milk
    1-1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
    1-1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. brown sugar

    Recipe



    Sprinkle meat tenderizer liberally over both sides of the beef and poke the entire surface with a fork. Holding the knife at an angle, slice beef into thin strips. Place in a resealable plastic bag with teriyaki sauce and seal; let marinate in the refrigerator several hours or overnight. For peanut sauce, saut� onion and garlic in peanut oil for 5 to 10 minutes or until soft. Let cool slightly and stir in remaining ingredients. To cook beef, thread onto skewers and grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side. Serve with peanut sauce.

    Makes 6 servings.
