    4 cups pecans
    6 cups water
    1/2 cup sugar

    Recipe



    Bring 6 cups water to a boil add 4 cups pecans bring back to boil and boil 1 min. rinse pecans with hot water put in a bowl with 1/2 cup sugar and stir until sugar is disolved. Then fry in 1 inch of veg oil over med heat until golden brown stir often. Remove from oil onto alum foil and salt when cooled put in container and they are good for about 4 weeks.
