    ~Wake up Meatloaf!

    List of Ingredients


    • 2lbs hamburger
    • 2 packages of saltine crackers
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 green pepper
    • 1 onion
    • 1 large can of diced tomatoes (or chop your own up)
    • Ketchup-add as much or as little as you like
    • Couple dashes of salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (all optional of course)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the above ingredients together, making sure to crush the crackers before putting them in. Then pick from something below to make your basic meatloaf wake up.Then cook for 35-45 min until it's done.(You can check for doneness by pulling a small piece out of the middle of the meatloaf)

    2. Cheese Meatloaf--just add shredded cheese to your recipe...as much or as little as you like. During the last 5 min. of cookingjust add some cheese to the top of your meatloaf.Make sure to cut and allow the meatloaf to cool for 5 minutes before serving to littler ones as the cheese can burn their mouths.

    3. BBQ Meatloaf--just add BBQ sauce to your meatloaf instead of Ketchup. You can also top it off with BBQ sauce and then cook.

    4. Hot Mustard Meatloaf--I am a sucker for hot mustard myself so if you want a meatloaf that is tangy you can get yourself some hot mustard (and if you want something really hot go ahead and add some hot sauce or tabasco sauce too) instead of ketchup and it works with the ketchup too.
