    Chili Chicken Sticks

    4 (6-oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup lime juice
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    2 teaspoons dried thyme
    2 teaspoons paprika
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    8 wooden skewers (6" long)

    Cut the chicken breasts into 6 pieces each. Marinate in mixture of vegetable oil, lime juice, cilantro and minced garlic; refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour.

    Blend chili powder, dried thyme, paprika, ground cumin and garlic powder. Drain chicken. Arrange 6 pieces of chicken on each skewer. Rub with spices, covering all sides. Grill on medium barbecue for 3 to 5 minutes each side. Serve with bean salad or coleslaw and grilled tortillas.

    Serves 6
