1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup self-rising flour
2 ounces Roquefort cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
Cucumber slices

In a large mixing bowl, cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.� Crumble in Roquefort cheese; sprinkle in Cheddar cheese.� With tips of fingers; mix thoroughly to form a dough.� Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Preheat oven to 400�F.� Spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick vegetable spray. Shape the chilled dough into 36 equal balls.� Roll each in toasted sesame seeds, pressing the balls flat to coat well with seeds.� Place on prepared baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
TO SERVE:� Arrange biscuits on a plate; garnish with cucumber slices and cherries.
