Feta Cumin Corn Bread

1-1/2 cups cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350�F.� Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cumin.� Add the feta cheese and green onions; toss to mix well. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, and oil; whisk until well blended.� Add to cornmeal mixture, stirring until just combined.� Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
