Chocolate: Walnut Brownie Loaf

3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1-3/4 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped walnuts Recipe
Preheat oven to 350�F.� Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy.� Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.� In a medium bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with flour, beating well after each addition.� Stir in walnuts.� Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 65 to 75 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in the center.� Cool in pan for 10 minutes.� Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack.
