    List of Ingredients




    12 chicken thighs, skinned, boned and cut into bite-size pieces
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 cup thickly sliced leeks
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
    1/4 cup heavy cream

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, saut� the chicken in hot oil until browned on all sides.� Remove the chicken from the skillet.� Pour off excess oil.� Saut� onion until tender.� Add wine and chicken; cover and simmer until chicken is tender.� Add leeks, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes.� Stir in mustard and cream; toss and serve.
