    Garlic Cumin Chicken Thighs

    8 chicken thighs skin removed
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    16 cloves garlic
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    1/3 cup finely chopped parsley
    4 lemon wedges

    Recipe



    Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
    In a large skillet, melt butter.� Add chicken thighs and brown on one side; turn.� Add garlic; cover and cook, turning several times, for 20 minutes or until brown on both sides and opaque in the center.� Sprinkle both sides of the �chicken thighs with cumin.� Cook, turning once, until chicken thighs are crisp.
    Remove chicken to serving plates.� Spoon on garlic and drippings.� Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
