    List of Ingredients





    6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, halved
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (4 tbl. dried)
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lemon
    butter

    Recipe



    Press chicken breasts to flatten them and place each on a sheet of foil large enugh for wrapping. Season with salt and pepper. Blend dill, parsley and garlic; sprinkle over chicken. Slice lemon in thin rounds and place two rounds over each breast. Dot each breast well with butter and fold each piece of foil into a packet. Put packets on a baking sheet and place in preheated 350�F oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6. Can also be grilled over hot coals for 10 minutes, turning often until done, when juices ran clear and not pink.
