Carrots: Carrots au Gratin

3 cups sliced cooked carrots
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
TOPPING:
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Recipe
Heat oven to 350�F. Butter 1 quart casserole. In medium bowl, combine carrots, soup and cheese. Pour into prepared casserole. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle topping over carrots. Bake at 350�F for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly around edges. Serves 6.
Microwave directions: In 1 quart microwave safe casserole, combine carrots, soup and cheese, mixing well. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring once during coking. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle topping over carrots and then cook on HIGH for 30-60 seconds, or until topping is hot.
