    List of Ingredients


    • 6 bacon slices, diced
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    • 4 ounces cr�me fra�che (about � cup)
    • � teaspoon salt
    • � teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • ⅛ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
    • 1 (12.7-ounce) package pre-baked thin pizza crust


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 450� F.
      Cook bacon in a medium skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp; remove bacon, and drain on paper towels. Wipe skillet clean.

    2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add onion, and saut� 15 minutes or until onion is lightly browned. Remove from heat.

    3. Place a baking sheet in oven 5 minutes.

    4. Meanwhile, stir together cr�me fra�che and next three ingredients. Spread mixture over pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border; top with onions and bacon. Transfer pizza onto hot baking sheet.

    5. Bake at 450� F for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crisp and topping is bubbly. Remove from oven, and cut into squares. Serve immediately.
