    Simple Saut�ed Spinach

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    • 2 bags (6 ounces each) baby spinach leaves
    • 1 tsp butter
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a 10- to 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium heat. When pan is hot, add garlic and saut� about 1 minute, until golden.

    2. Add the spinach. When it begins to wilt, toss gently with a large spoon.

    3. When all the leaves have wilted, remove garlic and stir in the butter, salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve.

      Makes 4 servings.
