As your Personal Chef I will plan a menu to your specifications, arrange to purchase the freshest ingredients, bring all necessary tools, and cook for you in your own home.
You will enjoy a variety of meals prepared according to your specifications. Are you tempted by the flavors of the Caribbean? Are you interested in sampling dishes from other ethnic cuisines or do you hunger for the comfort foods of your childhood? Spicy palates can be accommodated and I can introduce you to the complexities of Cajun cuisine.
Menu approval is yours. I will meet with you to discuss your needs and ask you to fill out a questionnaire that better helps me to customize your service. A "service" for 2 people, which includes dinners for 10 days, is $290.00 (a single person would receive 20 dinners for this price). This, of course, includes the cost of all ingredients and the time spent visiting grocery stores to obtain the freshest foods for your cook day. Entrees and side dishes are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure optimum flavor retention and clear and concise re-heating instructions are left for you. You also have the satisfaction of knowing that the meals were prepared with your needs uppermost in my mind. I can easily accommodate additional family members and I'd be happy to prepare extra servings for out-of-town guests.

To say that I was passionate about food, different cooking styles and using the highest quality ingredients would be an understatement. My love of cooking has been augmented by my 18 working in food safety and quality assurance plus the training provided by the Personal Chef Alliance.
