    Appetizer: Cranberry Meatballs

    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 cup Oatmeal
    1 egg White
    1 teaspoon instant minced mustard onion
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    pepper to taste
    Pam***
    8 ounces tomato sauce
    1 pound can of whole cranberry sauce


    Cranberry Sauce
    INGREDIENTS (Makes a lot)
    1 lb cranberries ****
    Water
    1 cup Splenda ( Or more for taste)

    Combine ground beef, Oatmeal, egg, minced onion, mustard, pepper. Shape meat mixture into ping pong size balls and brown them in A sprayed pan with Pam***, in a frying pan that has a lid. Mix together tomato sauce and cranberry sauce. Pour over the browned meatballs, then cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.


    Cranberries sauces:
    PROCEDURE
    (1) Rinse the cranberries and put them into a heavy
    pot. Add just enough water to cover them. Stir in the sugar.
    (2) Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until most of the cranberries have split open. This
    will take about 15 minutes. Stir well, then taste
    it, and add more sugar if it's not sweet enough
    for you. If you add more sugar, cook it a little
    longer, still stirring, to make sure that the new
    sugar is completely dissolved.
    (3) Chill overnight.
    (4) Eat.
