These are all recipes my family has enjoyed. Some are family recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation. Some are originals, most are not. Since I've started this cookbook as a resource for my children and the rest of our family, in the source feild you will find the name of the person in our family who makes the recipe not the originator of the recipe. If the recipe is not an original the source has probably been lost.
The recipes are listed just as I make them. I always try to make my recipes the same way each time so that they always come out the way I want them to. In my kitchen when I cook I use superfine sugar, jumbo, free range eggs, pure extracts, sea salt, unsalted Irish butter and unbleached flour. Enjoy and feel free to contact me at any time.
