    Cabbage Rolls (Pigs in a Blanket)

    List of Ingredients


    • Cabbage Leaves
    • 1 pound Ground Beef
    • 1 cup minute rice
    • Onion
    • Tomatoe Soup and Tomatoe Sauce
    • Salt and Pepper


    Instructions


    1. Season Ground Beef with salt and pepper. Brown meat with onion and drain liquid.

    2. Add rice to meat and onion mixture.

    3. Wilt cabbage leaves.

    4. Fill each leaf with meat mixture and roll.

    5. Place pigs in blankets in roaster with tomatoe soup and tomatoe sauce and cover.

    6. Bake 1 - 2 Hours at 350 degrees
