Wild Rice Hotdish

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked Wild Rice
- 6 slices Bacon cut up
- 1 large Onion diced
- 4 - 5 stalks Celery cut up
- 1 tsp instant Boullion (mixed in 1 cup boiling water)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Mushrooms (with liquid) Optional
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Wild Rice by cooking in at least 6 cups salted water 1/2 hour
and let set several hours or overnight, then drain
- Saute Bacon, Onion, & Celery. Drain off fat
- Add Boullion mixture to Bacon & Vegetables
- Then add Mushroom Soup and rinse can with a little water
- Add mixture to Wild Rice and put in a Buttered Casserole
- Bake 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes
- Salt and Pepper as desired
- 1 can of Mushrooms with liquid may be added
