Sweet Raspberry Biscuits & Vanilla Glaze

Recipe Introduction
Makes a plain breakfast fancy. And a couple of these fresh from the oven for a coffee break, afternoon tea or after-school snack makes for some mighty fine eating.
List of Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick Original Buttermilk Baking Mix
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 cup Margarine or Butter, softened
2/3 cup Milk
1/4 cup Raspberry Preserves
Vanilla GlazeRecipe
Heat oven to 450�F. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix baking mix, sugar and margarine until crumbly. Add milk and mix until dough forms; beat 15 strokes.
Place 1 Tbsp. of dough in each cup; top with 1 Tbsp. of preserves. Drop remaining dough onto preserves.
Bake until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Immediately remove from pan. Spread with vanilla glaze while warm.
Makes 12 biscuits.
Vanilla Glaze:
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp. warm Water
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients until smooth.
