Sausage and Spuds in Spicy Tomato Sauce

List of Ingredients
� 1 tbsp sunflower oil
� 1 onion peeled and chopped
� 400g pork sausages, snipped into chunk with scissors
� 1 tsp smoked hot paprika
� 500ml tomato passatta
� 800g baking potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
� 2 tsp onion gravy or vegetable stock (or a vegetable stock cube)
� 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
� few sage leaves chopped
� 150ml water
� 2 red piquillo peppers, cut into chunks
� Approx 200g savoy cabbage, shreddedRecipe
� Pre-heat the oven to 180˚C/ Gas mark 4
� Heat someof the oil in an oven proof casserole and brown off the sausages. Once browned, remove, add the remaining oil and fry the onion and the peppers until softened.
� Add the remaining ingredients, the sausages and 150ml boiling water and bring to the boil.
� Cover and simmer or place in the oven for 20-30 min until potatoes have softened.
� Once cooked add the cabbage and let the heat wilt it. Serve and enjoy.
