sheets Philo pastry cut into 4" squares� �
4 t �Parmesan Cheese� �
4 large Eggs� �
4 t �snipped chives� �
salt & pepper� �

Three squares of philo per egg blossom. Brush each square with oil and stagger stack by rotating slightly. Press gently into muffin tin. Make four.� �
Add one teaspoon Parmesan cheese to bottom of each cup.� �
Break on eagg in each cup.� �
Top each cup with one teaspoon chives. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.� �
Bake @ 350 F for 15-20 minutes. Petals should be golden brown and egg firm but not overcooked.� �
