1 # Pork sausage (I prefer the mild type)� �
4 Eggs� �
1 C Flour� �
1 C Milk� �

In a skillet, brown the sausage on medium heat, stiring to break up the meat. When all the red color is gone, drain off oil and discard--you can do this part the night before and refrigerate the meat.� �
A little more than an hour before serving time, place the sausage in a greased 7x ll pan. �
In blender, �beat eggs until foamy; add the flour and milk and mix thoroughly.� �
Pour over the sausage.� �
Bake @ 350 for about 45 + minutes (it should be light brown on top).
