    2�Eggs
    � 2�T Sugar �
    � 2 1/4�C Milk
    � 1�t Coffee, instant
    � 2 t Cocoa Powder
    � 2 slices�Bread, sliced into thirds
    � 5�drops�Rum Extract �

    Recipe



    Cut the bread into thirds, and layer these fingers in a casserole dish.
    Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the milk, cocoa, coffee, and rum essence and mix well. Pour this mixture through a strainer over the bread.
    Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, until the custard sets. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving. Good hot or cold.
