    4-5 chicken breast halves
    3 T flour
    1/4 t onion powder
    3 T oil
    1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
    2 T Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 t sugar
    1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts (6 oz. jar)
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms, trimmed and sliced

    Discard skin from chicken. Pound breasts slightly. Combine flour & onion powder, coat chicken with flour, brown in hot oil.� Combine tomatoes, W-sauce and sugar, breaking up tomatoes.� Add to chicken.� Cover and cook 20 minutes.
    Add artichokes and mushrooms, simmer 10 minutes or until chicken and artichokes are tender.� Remove chicken to platter.� Simmer sauce 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened (use corn starch & water).� Spoon over chicken.
    Serve with rice.

    You can serve the sauce separately as some might not want it on the chicken.� This is low in cholesterol.
