Yeast Beer Bread

List of Ingredients
1 c. beer
2 Tbls. cooking oil
3 c. bread flour
3 Tbls. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. bread machine or quick rising yeast
Bring liquid ingredients to 80°F.
Combine ingredients as recommended for your bread maker.
Select Basic or Normal setting.
After about 5 minutes, check dough consistancy. If too dry, add a bit more beer. If too wet, add a bit more flour.
NOTE: This is a good bread to just run through the dough cycle and then complete as a hand shaped loaf.
