    Recipe Introduction

    An old favorite. It is very easy to make and you might want to make several at a time. Put the extras in the freezer. When you need dessert, thaw them then put them in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes.

    List of Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    6-8 tart apples (this depends on the size of the apple)



    Preheat the oven to 350. Peel and chop the apples and set aside. In a large bowl, beat the eggs; add sugar & milk; beat again. Mix salt baking powder and flour together; add to the egg mixture and beat all together. Pour into 2-9x9 pans (a 9x13 pan). Cover with apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter. Bake about 30 minutes for the 9x9 pans; longer for the 9x13.

    I like to serve this warm with either a slice of cheese melted over it or a nice scoop of ice cream.
