    List of Ingredients

    1/2 c. room temperature butter [ For best flavor DO NOT substitute]
    2 lg. eggs
    Add 1 full sized yellow cake mix (store brand is fine)

    1 c. milk chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sweetened, flaked coconut


    Preheat oven to 350F
    1-Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone liner (less chance of bottoms burning)
    2-Using mixer, cream: butter and eggs
    3-Add cake and mix until batter becomes a thick and fully moistened.
    4-Stir in milk chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and sweetened, flaked coconut. Mix by hand until well blended.

    5-Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper on cookie sheet. Press down slightly with finger tips and top with a bit of coconut. Press down again using the bottom of a glass so all cookies are about 1/4 inch thick.
    6-Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
    7-Cool on pan placed on a cooking rack. Store in airtight container.
