- Saute onion and pepper in butter.
- Add salts, parsley and ground beef. Cook until meat is light brown.
- Add tomato products; simmer until creamy in consistency, stirring frequently to prevent sticking and burning.
- My favorite way to serve: Pour heated sauce over hot cooked and drained spaghetti in a baking pan. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese and bake at 350° until cheese melts.
This freezes well, so make it up and you can skip the expensive jars of spaghetti sauce in the market.
