    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup Canola oil
    2 egg whites
    1 egg
    1 cup apple juice
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3/4 cup wheat flour
    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    3 cups apple -- peeled and sliced

    Preheat oven to 350�. Grease and flour 10" tube pan. In mixing bowl beat sugar, Splenda and oil until combined. Add egg, egg whites and vanilla to mixture; beat on medium speed until creamy, about 1 minute. Stir in apple juice. In another bowl combine dry ingredients; then stir into egg mixture. Gently stir in apples and walnuts. Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake at 350� for 60 - 65 minutes.
