    1 yellow cake mix -- unprepared
    8 ounces fat-free sour cream
    2 eggs
    2 egg whites
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup lime juice -- divided
    1 tablespoon lime zest
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350� Spray bundt (or tube) pan with Pam & coat with flour.
    Combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs, egg whites, applesauce, 1/4 cup of the lime juice and lime zest. Beat on low speed until blended, then beat on medium for 2 minutes longer.
    Place batter in prepared pan, and bake 40 to 45 minutes -- or until tester comes out clean.

    Combine Splenda, powdered sugar and remaining lime juice. Before removing cake from pan, poke holes in cake and spread some glaze. Turn cake out of pan and poke holes on top cake. Pour the glaze over the cake.
