List of Ingredients
3/4 cup light margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
1/4 cup light molasses
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ginger
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
1 egg whiteRecipe
Preheat oven to 375� In separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until blended well. Add nuts and raisins.
Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll into 12" logs. Place 2 logs on ungreased cookie sheet, leaving room on the sides for expansion. Press dough down to make it about 3/4" high and 1 1/2" wide. Brush top lightly with egg white, and sprinkle with granulated sugar, if desired.
Bake at 375� for 10 to 15 minutes, until edges are just turning brown. Remove from oven, and let cool 5 minutes. Cut crosswise into 1 1/2" pieces.

NOTES : I found the dough to be a bit sticky so positioned it and flattened it on the cookie sheet with a rubber spatula!
