    1 cup bean sprouts
    1 cup sliced onion
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 cup snow pea pods, fresh
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 cup waterchestnuts, canned -- sliced
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 pound shrimp
    3 tablespoons Canola oil
    1 cup chicken broth - lite & fat-free
    2 tablespoons light soy sauce
    1 cup bok choy
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1/2 cup water
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Heat oil in skillet or wok. Add shrimp and stir fry 1 minute. Add vegetables, stir and cook until vegetables are crisp tender. Combine cornstarch with water; add to vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer 3 minutes. Add soy sauce.

    Serves: 4
