    1 tablespoon Canola oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 cups sliced onions
    3 cups celery -- thinly sliced
    1 can bean sprouts -- drained
    4 ounces canned waterchestnuts -- drained
    2 teaspoons Splenda
    2 cups chicken broth - lite & fat-free
    2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup light soy sauce
    2 cups cooked chicken -- cubed

    Recipe



    Heat oil, salt, and pepper in deep skillet. Add onions, cook until softened, but not browned. Add celery, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, sugar, and chicken broth; simmer covered about 10 minutes.

    Mix cornstarch, water, and soy sauce; add to vegetable mixture. Stir until mixture thickens. Add meat and heat through.

    Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
