    I absolutely love pork chops and these savory chops are better than any I've ever had, bar none. The sauce is fabulous.

    List of Ingredients




    2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
    1 Tablespoon Ground Mustard
    1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
    1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
    4 Pork Chops (3/4 Inch Thick)
    2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
    MUSTARD SAUCE:
    2 Teaspoons Ground Mustard
    1 Cup Water
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    2 Tablespoons Ketchup
    2 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade
    1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
    1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture. In a skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 minutes. Spoon sauce over chops when serving. Yields 4 servings.
