    I love stuffed franks any way you fix them. Other than cheese this is my second favorite way to fix franks.

    List of Ingredients




    3 Small Potatoes, Cooked, Peeled And Mashed
    2 Hard-Cooked Eggs, Finely Chopped
    1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
    1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Celery
    2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
    2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Sweet Pickle
    1/4 Teaspoon Salt
    1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
    1 Pound All-Beef Frankfurters

    Recipe



    Combine potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise, celery, onion, pickle, salt and pepper; mix well. Slit franks lengthwise, cutting almost through; stuff with potato mixture. Place franks in a shallow pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
