    If you love barbecue, you'll want to try this great dish. The entire family will love this chicken.

    List of Ingredients




    2 (3-1/2 Pound) Chickens
    Juice Of 1 Lemon
    4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
    1/4 Cup Coarse Salt
    2 Tablespoons Sweet Hungarian Paprika
    2 Teaspoons Ground Red Pepper

    Recipe



    Leave skin on and rub chicken with lemon and garlic. Combine salt, paprika and pepper then sprinkle over chicken. Place skin side up on wire racks. Set over baking sheet and refrigerate uncovered at least 8 hours. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake chicken 1 hour. Prepare charcoal. Transfer to barbecue grill and grill, turning occasionally until meat is done and skin crisp (about 15 minutes per side). NOTE: Hungarian paprika can be found at specialty grocery stores or just use regular paprika if you can't find it.
