    Quick French Bread

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    4 cups white flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons honey -- or sugar
    2 cups water -- very warm
    2 tablespoons yeast

    Place warm water, honey or sugar and yeast in large bowl and wait 'til it gets all bubbly. Add flour and salt and mix. It's a very wet dough, and sticky.

    Allow to rise 'til doubled in size. Punch down and slop around a bit, but don't knead.

    Put in greased pans. Allow to rise 'til about doubled.

    Bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
