    This was a very good brioche loaf! I was very surprised at how well it turned out. The texture is very brioche-y. And, of course, being a bread machine recipe it is dead easy! I used this to make Strawberry-Mascarpone Panini, but it would make great bread pudding or French
    toast bread, too!

    List of Ingredients




    3 large eggs
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/3 c. milk (70 to 80 degrees)
    3 T. water (70 to 80 degrees)
    3/4 t. salt
    3 c. bread flour
    2 T. sugar
    1 1/2 t. bread machine yeast

    Recipe



    Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.

    Process on sweet or basic/white bread cycle; use light or medium/normal crust color setting.

    Remove bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
