2 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
dash salt
1 tsp. butter
1 Tbsp cream cheese
2 Tbsp ricotta cheese
1/2 packet sweetener of choice (I use Stevia)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 Tbsp vanilla syrup
Recipe
Spray omelet pan or small skillet with chefade and melt 1 tsp. butter. Mix the water, eggs and salt in a bowl. When the butter is hot, pour the egg mixture into the skillet and work the liquid portion under the cooked -- standard
omelet directions. While it is cooking, mix the cream cheese, ricotta, flavoring and sweetener together in a small bowl. When the egg part is set, spread the cheese part over half the omelet, cover with a lid and turn off
the burner. After 1 minute, slide it onto a plate. ENJOY
