Linguine Ansel
3/4 lb linguini
2 oz anchovies
1/2 lb chopped tomatoes
1/4 lb black olives, pitted
3 medium garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 T olive oilRecipe
Prepare the linguine all'dente.
Saut� the olive oil, garlic and pepper over low heat for 40 sec.
Add the anchovies and saut� until "melted" in the oil.
Add the tomatoes, olives and parsley.
Saute for 10 minutes and add the capers.
Cook for 10 min and add to linguine.
