QUICK AND EASY ROASTED DUCK

Place 1/2 orange inside the cavity of each duck.
Place the ducks on a rack in a shallow pan and roast in a 450-475 degrees F. oven.
Baste ducks well with melted butter and red or white wine or with melted butter and orange juice.
Roast for 20-30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
