    1 1/3 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon cloves
    1/4 teaspoon allspice
    1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
    3 tablespoons shortening -- or soft butter
    1 egg
    3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Mocha Cream
    cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon instant coffee powder

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour an 8 x 8-inch square or 9-inch round cake pan. Mix Bisquick, sugar, spices and instant coffee powder. Add shortening, egg, 1/4 cup milk. Beat 1 minute using a mixer or beat well by hand. Stir in gradually the remaining milk and the vanilla. Beat 1/2 minute more. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Frost with Mocha Cream.

    Mocha Cream: Whip cream and fold in powdered sugar and instant coffee powder. Serve.

    Chill any leftover cake.
