    1/4 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup heavy cream

    In 4- cup glass measure or deep microwavable bowl, microwave butter non High 45 to 60 seconds to melt. Whisk in brown sugar and cream until blended. Microwave 2 to 2 1/2 minutes more until bubbly and slightly thickened. Stir once during cooking. Serve warm. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
