Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese
1 � 16 ounce Package Elbow Macaroni
1 � stick Butter or Margarine
2 - beaten eggs
1 � 12 ounce can Evaporated Milk
1 � can Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 and 1/4 cup Milk
2 - cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I mixed sharp and mild)
1 - pound Velveeta Cheese � cubed
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Put ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Stir occasionally. May also cook on high for 2+ hours � on low is best.
May need to add more milk when finished cooking if desired. I always add more milk so it is creamier�especially before serving.
Note from recipe provider� She partially cooked elbow mac� for half the instructions for cooking time on the box�before mixing in the crockpot�. She added all the ingredients first to soften and melt before she added the elbow macaroni.
Marianne doubled the recipe�it fit perfectly in the 6 quart crockpot�right to the very top.
