    Don't be put off by the amount of salt in this recipe. Since it's added to the flour, all doesn't end up on the chicken.

    List of Ingredients




    1 3-31/2 pound frying chicken, cut up
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 T. salt
    1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper
    1 t. paprika
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    4 T. butter, melted

    Recipe



    Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Add beaten egg to milk in shallow bowl. In large plastic bag, combine dry ingredients and shake to mix thoroughly. Dip chicken into egg mixture one piece at a time. Shake in flour and set aside. Repeat until all pieces are lightly coated. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush chicken lightly with butter. Bake at 350 degrees 25-35 minutes until chicken is firm to the touch and golden brown.
