    Salad: Citrus Salad w/Sherry Vinaigrette -- w

    Citrus Salad w/Sherry Vinaigrette 12 -- w
    Serves: 12

    3 T. sherry wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
    Salt & freshly ground pepper
    3 T. olive oil
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    2 (5.5 to6-oz) bags baby greens or baby romaine
    2 (1-1/2 lbs) jars grapefruit segments in juice, drained
    2 avocados, thinly sliced

    In a large bowl, whisk vinegar, mustard 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. In thin steady stream, whisk in oil until blended. Add onions and greens to dressing; toss to coat. Arrange on plates; top with grapefruit and avocados.
